Once my parents moved to assisted living we engaged them to provide some extra care and companionship to them both. My Dad passed shortly thereafter and Mom needed to move to a Nursing Home. We continued to use their caring staff for supplemental care for Mom. The office staff, owners and care givers are all very kind and professional.
RAH Hillsborough has been helping my 90 year old Mom for most of this year. Carl and his staff are involved and are in regular communication. Caregivers Janice, Barbara, Elba, and Leonarda have been wonderful reliable, and caring. RAH has also been helpful working with our LTC company.

The care giver takes my Mom for a walk and helps bath her which is extremely important to us. She also sits and talks with my Mom, which my Mom really enjoys. The care giver is very reliable and comes on time when scheduled. I would also like to thank Carl for answering the many questions I had regarding possible insurance reimbursement for my Mom's care. Carl explained everything to my satisfaction and in a timely manner.
