The rooms and corridors are well-lit and nice painted. In each room there is enough room not to trip over anything. Also, there is a TV room, where patients can talk and entertain themselves. We recently completed our latest model home in the exclusive gated subdivision of Copper Ridge in New Braunfels, Texas. The Copper Ridge model is a one-story open concept floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. This home is perfect for outdoor entertaining, offering a spacious patio area with room for an outdoor kitchen and access to a pool bath if desired. The family room is ideal for hosting events and parties complete with a stone fireplace and open to the gourmet kitchen with Bosch stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Classic Hill Country finishes complete this model home with wood beams, stone and stucco exterior, a metal roof, and warm wood cabinetry throughout. As with all of our home plans the Copper Ridge plan is customizable to your needs and we have in-house designers to bring your dream home to life.
